Chad A. Hartley, AICP – President
Mr. Hartley is the Founding Principal of Land Elements, Inc.,
and has over 11 years experience in project management and land
use planning in both the public and private sectors. His
experience includes numerous projects involving concept and
master planning, zoning and approvals through the public
process, and customized land use and property analysis. Mr.
Hartley has a working knowledge of local zoning codes, land use
regulations, and master plans for communities along the Front
Range of Colorado and throughout the United States. He received
an MBA and Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from
the University of Colorado at Denver, and is an active member of
several professional organizations.
